Your Order Cancellation Rights
Thank you for ordering the Jagruk Journal 2025 and being part of our vibrant community! We’re thrilled to have you on board and can’t wait for you to experience this year’s incredible edition.Please note that, as per our policy, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Here’s why :
- Every order is packed in real time to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.
- With limited stock, each journal is specifically reserved and prepped for its new owner—you!
- Unfortunately, not applying a coupon code at checkout or missing out on an offer does not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
Conditions for Replacements
We’re sorry to hear about any inconvenience caused by your Jagruk Journal 2025 delivery. At Team LLA, we take quality seriously, and we’re here to help if your product has arrived damaged.
Here’s our replacement policy:
- If the damage is significant and makes the journal unusable, we’ll gladly replace it for you.
- Minor wear and tear, such as scuffs or slight marks, is unfortunately unavoidable during transit and does not qualify for replacement.
To request a replacement:
Email or whatsapp us attaching clear photos of the damage and your order details.
Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Source of Refund
Once the refund is approved by our team, the refund will be credited back to the source of payment mode done by the customer within 5-7 business days.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge.
